But it is too cumbersome for ★-san to do it and prohibited to apply for
name change for local rule change discussion.

By the way, no ID change application thread, because Hiroyuki's opinion
that every board should be no ID. ID would be introduced only if unei decided
the board need ID for fighting against Vandals etc.

waiting in line, but that is the defense against the vandal.
Another hostile poster would posts "Let's make this a Tiara thread"
to a thread which is not Tiara thread. then, the vandal burn the
thread too. Like below. Those are not tiara threads originally.
