unagi.cgi shows the number of HAPs recently created from certain host.
NINJA system restricts users to create many HAPs
from certain IP address in certain period.
NINJA system also has other IP-based restrictions like above,
which were disclosed by scripts in /test.
If 2ch/bbspink keeps to use NINJA system,
I think it is better to disclose them to inform users what happens,
