I have a proposition about banning vandal.
Now, many innocent users are banned to ban one vandal.
Banned users must buy ● even though they are innocent.
Introducing user login system (just like free ●), it's possible to ban vandal individually.
Nothing changes about displaying names (NANASHI) and IDs.
