We livejupiter want to change the local rule. So we are going to have discussion in 3 steps.
1. change the default name temporarily to inform everyone about the discussion 2. discuss LR changing 3. vote
We are to decide whether to change the default name by voting on Feb 25. What do you think about changing it? We think the name should be changed because we surely wanna inform everyone about the discussion. Or someone may excuse the conclusion like "We didn't know the discussion was going on!" However, YOU change local rule. If you don't feel it's important, we skip the first step.
