In boards that used to be peaceful (such as PC gaming), arguing has started. The arguing people are pushing for a quick vote and decision. But the result is decided from the start. Because kenmo and others are intervening. With the intervention of outsiders, the discussion about the local rules is rough. So could you stop the "meaningless votes" by announcing if you want all of the boards to disallow replication. The current way makes people sour and downhearted.
