Not everyone stays on their PC 24/7, there will be so much that will be
missed out by many. Those reprinting blogs served as a tool to allow
those people to keep up, and catch up with the things they missed out
on while they were out.
How about giving certificates to those blogs before they are allowed
to reprint 2ch? Meaning, they will be required to identify themselves
as the administrator of the named blog upon subscribing, and which
they will be required to pay some amount of rates per month so they
will make some contribution to 2ch in return. And any unauthorized
blog will be subject to legal action if caught reprinting 2ch.
