In Japan, there are the "Privacy Guarding Low" and "Prohibit Illigal Hacking Low".
Every Japanese use LOWS and moves police. I do not know that that the lows applicate board-manageres who
living in foreign countries, or not. But if Police contacts FBI via ICPO, FBI goes to you, to get explanations.
I advise to you, YOU or your staffs immediately must delete illegal notes of threads, about users-persoal-adress/e-mail/telNo./etc.
