Located at the army board at toro server, the squad would like to re-initiate the debate regarding having BBS_FORCE_ID=checked in place (or not) sir!

And at March 5th to 6th, voting was performed.

The outcome was 37 votes was in favour to have BBS_FORCE_ID=checked in place, and 2 againts it.

However, some of our residents expressed concern,
regarding the discussion not being thoughtful enough, and that there was not enough traction to have everyone vote,
and said that they will not participate on the vote.
The residents of army board policy discussion thread, are thinking of extending the discussion period, and to re-perform the vote.
The discussion should be done
- During the very busy Mar thru April period in Japan, let the discussion go on.
- Let the long-weekend be placed in between the discussion period.
From reasons above, we believe the discussion should go on until May 11th 2014
Also, we plan to notify the whole army board to have people discussing the issue, and to vote.
Sir,General Jim-san, could you be able to judge the discussion and the outcome of the vote?
Also, in order to notify the whole army board, could you allow modification to BBS_NONAME_NAME= during the discussion period?
