AF1 is 747-200, close enough
so, the NK clip is truly from AF1 or just from another 747

after some thought, I doubt the shot is after taking off.
when deployed, flaps cover the cones
flaps in the NK clip are retracted
airfield is too close / plane is too low for flaps to be retracted by that point
also, the plane is nearly perpendicular to the airfield and seems to be leveled - I doubt 747s do such sharp turns + straighted ups immediately after takeoff - especially if there are passengers onboard
so, yes - the short does seem to be from NK. however, no enough info to conclude that it was the AF1. assuming it was Trump's AF1 is even more of a stretch
