Dug on this- $1.7B USD was wired to Geneva (Int'l Bank of Settlements/Roths) where it was turned into CASH. All in foreign notes.
From there it was flown in "unmarked cargo planes" Supposedly to Iran, I have only found that $400M actually made it to Iran, the rest of it is UNTRACEABLE.
Foreign cash, unmarked cargo planes. Cannot be traced. all on or a little bit after 17 Jan 16, wired in amounts not exceeding $999,999 so skirt US international wiring regulations. The whole deal was hidden from congress.
Unironically, Iran has an agreement with NK, forged in 2012 to share defense tech, especially ICBMs and nuclear missiles/rockets.
In 2016, Iran tested a NK missile. Iran also upgraded NK missiles, and shipped the tech (know-how) and actual missiles back to NK.
Also unironically, NK successfully tested ICBMs, short/mid range missiles capable of delivering a nuke warhead. NK also successfully tested an atomic bomb, and a Helium bomb…all after this cash deal was made. Have sauce, can share.
