At the time it was posted Q was asking about who travels ahead of POTUS and where is BO ( BO was scheduled for 'jury duty') CA PM Trudaeu was 1 step ahead of POTUS and there to sign TPP11 but after POTUS announced a deal with China, Trudaeu was a no show at the signing. I can only tell you what I thought at the time I saw it. I don't know if I am right or not. But I don't want to talk about this subject anymore because others are getting pissed about it coming back up
