There is an excellent youtube video by Stefan Molyneux where he explains with great detail how it was government meddling with telecom and ISPs that created the monopolies that generated the need for 'net neutrality' in the first place. Do a youtube search 'molyneux net neutrality'. And then you will understand that free market was never the problem.
