I listened to this FCC guy on Kilmeade radio Friday- interviewed by Guy Benson. He explained it fairly well. The Net Neutrality bill was passed by Obama in 2015. I went away with “we are simply going back to how the net was run in 2014.” Do you recall any issues back then? Not really.
