Just throwing out another research resource for all of us, 'cause I don't see it listed anywhere here (i.e., in the batter). Another place to look for crumbs is EDGAR: https://www.sec.gov/edgar/searchedgar/companysearch.html.

Important Information About EDGAR

EDGAR, the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system, performs automated collection, validation, indexing, acceptance, and forwarding of submissions by companies and others who are required by law to file forms with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Its primary purpose is to increase the efficiency and fairness of the securities market for the benefit of investors, corporations, and the economy by accelerating the receipt, acceptance, dissemination, and analysis of time-sensitive corporate information filed with the agency.

Not all documents filed with the Commission by public companies will be available on EDGAR. Companies were phased in to EDGAR filing over a three-year period, ending May 6, 1996. Hey, a goid idea for researching Dudley (and other law firms)? I suggest we look at a blog called Above The Law, found here: https://abovethelaw.com. It's like the "Crazy Days and Nights" for the legal field (posting salacious, scandalous, real-life gossip stories, albeit with a bit of a lefty, liberal slant). Like Crazy Days and Nights, much of the value comes from the "Comments" section under each article. We can search Sidley and other firms, schools, individual lawyers, judges, etc. You never know what may jump off the page….
