Hey I am on plane at ATL we arrived just before 1pm. International flight. Six and a half hours sitting on tarmac. Pilot recently came on intercom and stated partial power has been restored to terminal F. He said we can’t deplane because we’re an international flag got and customs/immigration needs power to process us.
