I think I might be on to something. The synchronicities are lining up and something tells me this could be big.
This guy John Perry Barlowe grew up on a ranch right under Gannett Peak. He is strange because he was both a songwriter for the Grateful Dead and worked for people like Dick Cheney. He also just seems a little off in general.

The Grateful Dead had another songwriter who was involved in MKULTRA and they were part of that whole San Francisco scene in the 60s that was into some weird shit (anton lavey, kenneth anger, ken kesey, all that shit).
