Dear Anons, I have put together a document from 1972 that deals with how to handle Black Propaganda which is what we are ALL dealing with - POTUS and all of us here. This is information that (((they))) know because this information was publicly available and is now being used against all of us (normies and everyone else). If those who are memeing can read this doc and take on board the info their memes will be that much better. That is my firm belief. This is document is a 'technology' of sorts that when followed will give great results. When reading the info, apply it to (((them))) and see how (((they))) have used the info contained therein to manipulate and deceive us. As if we didn't already know that that is happening. Well, this doc shows you exactly how it happened so now it's time to turn the tables with this info on (((them))).
