This may have already been discussed but just in case it hasn't:

I've been traveling and listening to Fox news while on the road. Earlier this afternoon, somebody "in the know" was being interviewed about the train crash in Washington. The "expert", in describing the tracks said something along the lines of " the odd thing about this is there seems to be no damage to the track at the point where the train exited. It appears that the train did a TANGENT, running alongside the track."

Did anyone else hear this interview?
