Most TI's are good people who aren't psychopaths and are horrified and deeply hurt by their experience and would never wish it upon anyone. I would guess the only ones who join are the ones who are completely brainwashed beyond repair. If they don't kill you or cause you to kill yourself then they might try to use you as a programmed sex slave for blackmail purposes. This works great if you become addicted to drugs or alcohol in the process of trying to numb the pain of being a victim. Drugs make their job so much easier.
