I believe Q knows what has been done and that they are working very hard to correct the situation so that those affected can begin healing.
Complete speculation on my part, but I did live in SF during the 80s and 90s. Lost a lot of dear friends. I think the gay community was targeted because most, not all, gay/bi men tend to be promiscuous. Yes, I know a stereotype, but I saw this firsthand. It went through the community and around the globe at lighting speed because of the nightclubs and bath houses. Also, at that time, many gay/bi men were closeted so they infected the wives/girlfriends thus spreading the disease through the hetero population as well.
Here, I'm really going to step out on a limb, but I also think that there is some connection between the families of the bloodlines and the presence of Delta 32 genes. CCR5.
