to me that sounds like the 40,000 ft view is global collaboration… hence why it is classified. working with foreign white hats into the plan and also sharing classified info on gov misdeeds. it was a risky endeavor hence they won't be doing it again. the map is useful because it shows the connections to the full global picture, but when info is released it will be disconnected. SA news, USA news, will seem separate but actually they are connected.
