All I know is that just announcing the move of the US embassy to Jerusalem was a huge favor to Israel. They owe us big time as a result. Since GEOTUS does not make stupid deals, watch for something that benefits the US in a huge way.

Odd that a flight plan would go WEST from Lexington and then at Louisville, turn south to head to ATL.
Last line was an artifact. Disregard it. Written as I was researching the Arrival route. Then realized it was not odd at all.
Finally, CHPPR is Chipper. The waypoint/fix was named to honor Chipper Jones of the Atlanta Braves. Done by the FAA folks in the Atlanta area when they created the Arrival Procedure. That's not unusual at all. Most names created in the last 50 years are either to match the underlying town or to honor someone.
