Some may that the bad actors are "rejecting" deals that we're offering… I'm seeing the opposite. He's alluding to "House of Cards" (about to fall) and the "(today alone)" comment to me indicates that "we are being reached out to by bad actors who want to deal with us now"… Great news all around!
