glad this topic came up! after years of suspecting "something" along the lines of being watcheed, tracked, followed, having people "sent" to me to cause chaos, i only heard the term targeted individuals some 4-5 years ago. looked into the tech side of it, highly possible was my conclusion. ramped up again this year plenty.
last night though, felt lightheaded twice (headspinny, never happens), ended up sleeping 11+hours (never happens, usually 5-6 hrs all i need), yet clear headed asf today, except for a nagging toothache, same side of jaw where i suspect a dentist left an implant in about 7 years ago. Still, feels like more relief than i've had in idk how long. even up to posting today instead of just the usual lurk. just glad to know it's not just me
