great point, my anonymous friend.
I've developed an Opera build that should alleviate some or all of the tracking concerns and allow the shitposting to continue uninterrupted. I recommend starting with my build and tooling it to your needs. Run this browser alongside your current browser, I don't think a website can go spying on the cookies from other browsers installed on your machine, but maybe an anon can correct me if i'm wrong about that.
<shitpost build: Opera
Why Opera? Because it comes stock with a FREE VPN from SurfEasy Inc in Canada (see pic 1) you can enable the VPN in the settings menu, and you will know it's working when you see the VPN indicator beside the address bar (pic 2)
I've tested the VPN a little, and it is very nice. It's very fast, and the IP address changes with each refresh. I was able to open a twitter account in under a minute without any issue (see pic 3) normally you would fill out the entire profile to make it look fully legitimate, but I only opened this account to test the VPN. I don't know yet if shitposting through the Opera VPN makes the account more likely to get flagged by the Algorithm, but i'll report back on my findings once I know more.
Unfortunately posting on 4ch using this VPN is disabled. I haven't tested any other site yet.
Here are the links to the different addons that comprise my Opera build, and a brief description:

Once thing I haven't been able to find on Opera self-destructing cookies plugin. Other browsers have them. Still allows cookies, but destroys them after a short period of time. A brilliant workaround to the "must enable cookies" bullshit on many sites.
Opera also doesn't seem to have twitter follow bots, however since it's based on Chromium, it may be possible to install some of the chrome plugins. I'll have to test that later once I find the name of the follow bot I like.
