Just looked at the ECB article 22. I'm not a banker, but it looks like they are attempting to strengthen the ECB to be something more akin to the Federal Reserve. It appears to be a consolidation of power. This does not bode well for Europeans.

Many of us are here for JUSTICE. Some of us have resigned ourselves to our fate, but would prefer that our own suffering not to have been for nothing. I probably won't ever recover from what has been done to me, but I'd at least like justice for the children that have been raped, tortured and killed, as well as for all people who have been victimized by the Cabal - both the FA and the humans that assisted them in their evil agenda. This should NEVER have happened and it should NEVER be allowed to happen again.
