Pence says ayes are 51 nays are 48. The bill is passed.
But they are saying it will be passed there too.
I may have an answer as to why that is hapening.
a) It may be that they have been confronted by their treasonous behavior or
b) Were shown Article 1, Section 2, Paragraph 2 of the US Constitution:
'No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen.'
Because of the many double negatives it took me 1.5 hours of mentoring to really understand what it said. I had to stop 'interpreting' and read it for what it actually said (reading for content).
What it basically means is that no one can get elected a SECOND time. Why? Here is the hidden bit that is not anywhere to be found in print (at least I don't think it is). When one becomes elected to the Senate or House one becomes a resident of D.C. and an officer of the corporation doing business as the United States Inc. See Municipal Act of 1871. The con was that (((they))) foisted the fake US Inc onto the peoples of America. Also once you become a resident of one place you give up residency in the other. You cannot be a resident of two places at once.
Senator Connie Mack is one of the very few people who only ran for one term in the house and in the Senate. Why? Because he was confronted by the guy who taught me this.

By the way, this information was sent to POTUS in a package of info that was delivered to Trump Tower on the morning he was to be inaugurated. I have the signed slip (as a pdf from USPS) to show it was delivered. I have no idea if POTUS ever read it as it was around 249 pages - the majority of them were exhibits.
