I think I'm starting to see a picture here. Iris/Orsi use the UDC and ESDC (public benefit corporation, which has little to no oversight) to siphon funds to private "investors." Surely there's nothing in it for these public servants. I'm having a hard time finding the net worth of Iris. Chuck's is supposedly ~700k. Leon Panetta was the director of the CIA from 2009-2011 and then secretary of defense from 2011-2013 under President Obama.
