Tunnels are the rabbit hole we don't focus on- the corruption is MONEY. Follow the money controlled by DOT, and brokered by Schumer and Wife to contractors who kick back campaign contributions- legalized bribes- to democrats. The contractors get no-bid profits and we taxpayers get the shaft.
