I was initially hoping for Gitmo, but I think the plan is to send him to Israel (where he is a declared war criminal). I think this may be the better plan in that 'we' need do nothing else which avoids the splintering snowflake grief here and avoids the oft not considered 'karmic aftermath' involved with a different course.
