Billy is def a bit weird but he didn’t necessarily say that he is the only ET contactee he said he was the only earth human in direct contact with Plejaren ET’s although thousands of others have received impulses (which is different than direct contact) from them to help guide humanity. He did say that most folks who claim to have ET contacts are charlatans seeking fame/money especially those who claim to be channeling “Pleiadians” since the Pleiades star cluster in our space time dimension can’t yet support life due to being too young. But he mentions there are a handful of other real contactees in touch with other space beings (non Plejaren).
The thing to take away from Billy is his main message which is the “Spiritual Teaching” aka ‘teaching of the prophets’. Which tells us there is no Creator only the Creation which is the universal consciousness/pure spiritual energy that permeates all things in the material belt of our universe/creation. The Creation is not in the form of a consciousness being, it is only active in the form that it is the neutral recipient and processor of evolutive impulses. Also There are countless universes/creations that each have their own evolution level.
