According to the link someone posted a thread or 2 ago, a military tribunal has between 3 and 7 judges. CIVILIANS may be appointed as judges in some situations.

To convict on non-capital charges requires a 2/3 guilty vote. For capital charges it must be unanimous by 7 judges.

Where to Post Your Memes

Somebody asked where to post memes, General or Meme thread. General is better usually. Advantages:

Autist can get comments / corrections, also inspire others to meme.

If you're in the General thread you may notice topics that need meming.

Harvester chugs along behind picking up memes from past general threads in sequential order, usually anywhere from 18 hours behind to real-time, and depositing them into the current meme thread with a filename that hopefully makes the data somewhat searchable. (Sometimes Harvester shrinks overlarge files, makes minor spelling corrections, enhances text colors brighter etc.)

Whenever there are 200 new files or so, Harvester makes another zip and posts the link in Memes and General threads.
