We still don't know for certain that "P" is the Rothschilds or the Pope or Pepe the frog. We also don't have access to Q's information to verify for ourselves, or for a third party we are trying to convince, that Soros is taking orders from anyone.

Assuming that the Rothschilds are the answer, we don't know much about them and the family probably prefers to keep it that way. Specific people must be behind any initiative. Someone makes the plan, someone accepts it, someone carries it out. Can these people be identified?
