This while hierachy argument is ridiculous. Soros pulled himself into and ingratiated himself with a family as old as humanity. He is a face and middle man in comparison. The Roths and their even older family friends run this. There are still families out there that don't even get the grief the Roths get, they are so old and established… and run silently through them.
