Clarification re: Dana Boente

Though the article which was referenced above made a major deal of Boente being an 'attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia', Boente's actual position was revealed in paragraph five.

Boente was the Acting Assistant Attorney General of the National Security Division when he resigned on October 27, 2017.

This is an important clarification because Boente was named in "The Memo" released yesterday. "The Memo" states Boente signed one (or more) of the FISA applications on behalf of the DOJ.
