Something that always nagged at me about that very same post "Who is the Commander and Chief of the military?" The term/title is Commander-in-Chief. It was the kind of thing that made me very suspicious of Q early on, because it seemed like an amateurish mistake. Given that Q's misspellings or mis-phrasings (e.g., Alice & Wonderland) I wonder what "Commander and Chief" is saying. The discrepancy is noted in the spreadsheet, but I haven't seen any follow up.
