16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
The word "love" used in these verses is the Greek word

This is the perfect love of God. There is only one source of this love - GOD!
In the Interlinear we can see that the Greek version does not have the word "is", it is simply
GOD LOVE

Holy Ghost = Holy Spirit, this is God's essence! It is perfect, love and eternal!!

Given by inspiration of God = GOD BREATHED
i.e. All scripture God Breathed
Profitable for:
Doctrine = instruction in right living
Reproof = Reproves us when we are not living rightly
Correction = Corrects us as how to get back to living rightly
Why:
For instruction in RIGHTEOUSNESS!!!
Awesome Anon! God says He is as close as our very breath! That is God's will, that all men be saved! He loves you and will never let you down!
Ask God to fill your heart with his love - it is like a great awakening! What it did for me is that it began to answer all the questions I had about life and this world and why things are the way they are. But most of all it set in contrast to all that - God's Love!
