There is a movie by that title. Not familiar with it. It could also be a suggestion that the President may be the Commander, but a second person plays the role of the Chief. The President rarely does much with the military in terms of operations and the like - there are people he appoints to handle that. To instil order within the pantheon. Religion is, first and foremost, a tool for organizing. Who actually believes… versus who is there for the social hour… versus who likes the power trip…. that's another issue.

Who is the real god? Soros? Rothschild? Clinton?

They are pigs in human clothing at the feast of a king with the sword of damocles over their head. Humans are who we strive to be - more than the animal of our base desires. We restrain ourselves from our base desires because they are not always conducive to society or the person we wish to be.

They sit in positions of power that are meant for kings, yet they are pigs driven by base desire. Thrills and eroticism that can normally never be enjoyed become a hallmark of how the unworthy behave when atop the throne. The sword of damocles is that which always hangs above the heads of kings. Someone wants that power and will kill to get it… or simply to have you out of it. A king must always be aware of the sword of damocles.
