DNC Server Breach created/spawned the necessity of a "Dossier."

*DNC server copied onto USB by SethRich and passed onto WikiLeaks.

*In response; BHO, DNI Clapper, CIA Brennan, and perhaps 12 other assets/orgs (yet to be de-classified) utilized Google via CrowdStrike to "assess" DNC server to find "Russian" fingerprints.

*To maintain pre-conceived narrative of Russian hacking (as opposed to actual USB local transfer), SethRich us murdered by two MS13 gang members, both of whom are also murdered soon thereafter.

*To maintain narrative that's free from any suspicion, DOJ via the FBI "coerce" / "assist" DC Metro Police to conclude the murder was a botched robbery.

*Insurance Theory1- reference to Peter Strzok text & meeting with Andy McCabe. Perhaps FBI meeting was to determine path of influence with DC Metro in SethRich murder investigation. Worst case, they met to make actual murder arrangements.

*Insurance Theory2- reference to "Dossier" itself. Perhaps a contingency or supplemental or retort in case the word got out that there was no Russian Hack of DNC server.

*Important to note- the "Dossier" had multiple reports that evolved as the need became convenient (see Carter Page & separate FISA warrant).

*Pyramid coordinated/facilitated "Dossier" through BHO, HRC. They directed Loretta Lynch, who directed James Comey, who directed Andy McCabe, or directed Peter Strzok (perhaps in "Insurance" Mtg).

*Support came from Chuck Shumer, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, and 6 of the 9 classified sources.

*GHCQ/British Intel directed HRC, DNC, and 4 of 9 classified sources to pay Christopher Steele (via Perkins Coie via FusionGPS) as arranged by Podesta. Its important to note that the British can surveil any American citizen, so its no coincidence that GHCQ tapped Trump from the get-go in Fort Meade.

*Eric Holder provided Russian sources with certain key elements to include in their backfeed/reports to Christopher Steele (see Carter Page). Perhaps these "tweaks" evolved as needed to fit FISA warrant needs.

*The "intelligence" then made its way into many people's hand (9 confidential sources who were likely Media people, John McCain, and two other Senators (likely Harry Reid).

*John McCain then gave dossier to James Comey who gave it to Loretta Lynch who briefed BHO in daily presidential briefings.

*Modified FISA request (attempt #2) approved by brand new judge (Contreras who recused himself from Flynn sentencing).
