It is an ET manifested showcase. This happens when we come close to "UFO" Disclosure. There was one in LA and Russia in Nov 2015 that looked identical, look them up. They always try to explain it away as something conventional, but when you look up a video of, say, a SpaceX launch, or Triton Missile launch, it looks NOTHING like it.
Look up Trident Missile launch, what is happening in LA looks nothing like that. You have to have the analytic skills of a brick to think that is any kind of missile. It is moving way too slow and clearly has some sort of energy/plasma wave.
