I believe Trump said to redact anything in the documents that involved persons still alive.
So, I think that all documents were to be released with redactions in place.
This actually raises the suspicion aspect concerning pappy Bush, if you ask me, so the Bush reaction doesn't surprise me.
I think it's a free speech/prior restraint battle at this point.
The famous,' Yelling fire in a crowded theater", from a supreme court case alludes to this. It's not protected speech in that situation because it's not true.
The only way to sink the MSM legally is to prove them lying in an attempt to undermine the government.
So, maybe they're being given a long leash because there will be a point where the MSM will have to lie blatantly in order to save their sorry ass.
