This way the remainder of his life is an illusion, which in a way is a fitting eye for eye punishment. On the other hand, I really doubt that 41's other crimes won't be disclosed until after his death. But at the time, 41 didn't know about the storm, so it still served his purpose. And his response suggests that he saw the deferred disclosure exactly as it was intended, and not as a favor.

yes, the pic is of an Asian cupping therapy that produces bruising, not of a satanic ritual. But if a similar suction cup was to be applied to one's eye, I can certainly picture it being a satanic dominance ritual. All the cabal-related black eyes don't look like the result of a punch in the eye. The way I see it, a ritual like I described seems like a plausible explanation.
