Looks like McCain would have had clearance to the PDB by virtue of his ex-officio membership of the Senate Intel committee.

Trying to surmise whether he was handed the PDB by Hussein directly or if he got access to it through virtue of his intel cmte membership.

I'm assuming senate intel cmte members have clearance to view PDB's.

Any thoughts?
