How do you know it was actually launched? Q strongly implied that Iridium was missing, and the only thing you can go on outside Q is Mockingbird MSM and Elon who works for Clowns.

 

You should take a look at how high an orbit it actually achieved and what orbit the rest of the Iridium satellites have had.

Alright - so, was Iridium, the piece of tech that would purpotedly allow NK to launch ICBMs thanks to its positioning tech (with Iridium coverage missing EXACTLY NK right now), actually stopped in its tracks as noticed by the very strange, wobbly launch and it never reaching its intended orbit? Because this is what Q was implying.
