So then according to this world clock, Z00:00 would be London time, right now? (Another side of the triangle down?)

Or am I looking at this clock wrong?

If the flight is cleared (empty, finished, done), it gets a new flight number for it's next leg. The planes are stationary, sitting at terminal, that I can see.
