Depends on Karma. You will know this in your life if it matters.
But detox with Love and natural herbs goes a looooong way, as well as living a near-100% spiritual lifestyle where every thought, action, and emotion are in tune with the Creator. During this time I was in a half-meditative state the entire time and even surrounded by people in public I could close my eyes and feel charged in a short few minute meditation. I have left this state since because I don't force things (and I love memeing on le 'chons at this level of my evolution), but it has big permanent effects on baseline spirituality levels. I will re-enter this state in due time.
