I find that the way I affect the pineal gland is to fill the whole area from my forehead to my lower back of throat with "energy" while maintaining the top of my head. The harder I effect this area, the more I am literally able to turn off thoughts like a switch, even massively debilitating ones. Like a fucking switch! But if I do it while tired, it will force my eyes closed. Am I pinching a nerve or hitting the right spot?

Another thing I noticed is when I am gazing, I mentally "step back" from my eyes like I was walking away from a window and bumping into the pineal gland. I see but it's like deer in headlights; I do not focus or discern. Again thoughts disappear on their own. But I start to get a natural high too. This high will augment whatever recreational drugs you are consuming. Eventually it can replace them.

The heart chakra seems to control body heat. I don't know how to turn it on the way a rush of fear can.

The crown chakra can mute pain or any discomfort. Butterflies in your stomach? Start feeding the crown hard.

I think when sitting you don't want your legs perpendicular or they will cut off chi flow and make it hard to affect your root chakra which is where the spiraling kundalini energy begins.

Eliminating thought is not impossible. It can be methodical but it's hard to explain. Meditation is easy but you must find the will. Get rid of music aids and binaural bullshit. It's pop culture meditation i.e. worthless. Be a man. Sit one foot from a blank wall and stare unceasingly at a dot on it. If you get impatient and bored doing that, you aren't purging thoughts successfully. What an easy test to see if you're serious or not. "BUT I DON'T WANNA" yeah because you're not serious.

The kundalini awakening should be taught in every school and church. It is the methodical path to defeating sin and ignorance. Nothing replaces it, nothing is better.
