The board has seen a lot of publicity over the past several days. Everyone has a web browser in their pocket and is off of work. That is the 'strategy.' Q is a celebrity in his own right, and people want to crowd in and contribute their own 2 cents.
Not saying it is a 'good' thing - just that I don't think it is necessarily shills so much as what dealing with the public is like.
