Can someone post a quick list of who he is following? Not lazy, have looked for a way to view it… but not registered on Twatter.
Had a look at the accounts - an eclectic mix. Could be that he has the dirt on them (Boris?! China?! et al) or could be about lines of communication.
Only other theory is that someone simply ticked a load of accounts when it reactivated. Problem with that is he is deliberate and tech savvy.
