And how would you prove they tampered with voting machines? The vote is encrypted when entered, correct? Are votes sent encrypted to a central database?

I keep thinking about why mentioned TEMPEST.

Voting monitors leak signals like all electronics. These signals can be reconstructed into what is displayed on monitor. The Q team could theoretically monitor all votes cast at a station BEFORE it was encrypted.

How? They could "see" and record each touch screen monitor from a distance using spy equipment (and this technology has been around for a long time). This would bypass the encryption and screwing around with votes downstream of the voter.

A TEMPEST class building prevents electronic signals and sound from leaving building because these leaking signals can be reconstructed by someone with the right equipment outside of the secure perimeter.

>POWER OUTAGES = EMP = TEMPEST

Could be, but I need to go back and see if AL election and "special place" coincide in posts with TEMPEST

TEMPEST covers both methods to spy upon others and how to shield equipment against such spying. The protection efforts are also known as emission security (EMSEC), which is a subset of communications security (COMSEC).[4]

I went to smart sheet and other anons had confirmed what I suspected about TEMPEST being used to watch actual votes …and then compare to tallied votes
